What I eat & how I prepare for a killer workout!

Hey guys, So here is a closer look at my pre workout meal that you've all been asking about ( and some have been disgusted with lol).
I promise its really good!!
My favorite part about this meal and the reason I came to create it is that its super easy to digest and doesn't give me that heavy "full" feeling while training!
Its like Baby food. At the end of the day bodybuilders are like massive babies (eat, sleep, poop)
